WATERLOO DIRECTOR INVOLVED IN MAJOR AUCKLAND PROJECT

Waterloo Business Park Director, John Sax, announced his plans today to start work on a $900million housing development in Mangere, Auckland. Building 1600 homes on 15ha, the project will provide ‘wrap around care and support’ of the people who live there. Aiming to provide affordable housing for rent or purchase the project will also include a wellness center, family centre, employment centre and other community initiatives in an effort to help those families who need it most.

Like Waterloo Business Park the new project seeks to put people at the heart of the development ensuring that the community at large is impacted in a positive way and that the lives of those who work or live there are better off.
