Waterloo Business Park isn’t your typical industrial development with a short term view on the world. Our underlying philosophy is to design for the people who work and use the Park and to look for ways not only to improve their lives but in turn the businesses they work for or own. Creating a better work environment by ensuring there are accessible green spaces, health and recreation opportunities, convenience retail, quality childcare and social services available to all will have a wide impact on those working in the park and surrounding community. Sustainable storm water collection, use of solar power, planting native trees and lush landscaping in the road scapes and parks are just a few examples of how Waterloo aims to better the environment around us.
