TITLED LAND FOR SALE, OR DESIGN, BUILD AND LEASE

Our land development works are complete, with the exception of Islington Square.  The street scape has delivered on our work life balance vision with the Southern Excellence award for urban design.  To further deliver on that vision, our 2ha park is coming soon.  As at February 2019, 44%  of the titled lot area has been developed, and 78% sold.  Sales have varied in size from 0.25ha to 7.35Ha, with many design, build and lease opportunities being realised.  We only have 33 lots remaining for sale, or design, build and lease.  They vary in size from 0.3 to 2.29ha, with the ability to combine lots up to 4.5ha.
