The building design we wanted was located here (was already under construction), and the location suited. Ideal building for our requirements (flexible landlord helped), great geographic location, nice modern business park. Handy for staff & company owners, good access for freight in and out, good range of business park facilities with more to come (hopefully), good landscaping maintenance program by WBP, great having a Southpark ‘go-to’ person like Ricky – gets stuff done with good communication.
