SANTA ROSA OPEN THEIR DOOR

Waterloo Business Park welcomed it’s first tenant with Santa Rosa Foods moving onsite and into their brand new factory back in September. The building was a design build project by Southpark Corporation and was built by Apollo Projects. The $7m factory is a state of the art food processing plant and will includes a factory shop open from 10am to 4pm during weekdays.

Apollo’s Project Manager on site – Adam Downey and his team of up to 80 contractors faced their fair share of pressures with ease and completed the project on time and on budget, showcasing our ability to turn around projects fast and efficiently.

With over 60 staff Santa Rosa are ideally suited to the Business Park environment and will no doubt make good use of the added facilities as they come online. In the meantime we warmly welcome them and look forward to a successful future for Santa Rosa here at Waterloo.
