WATERLOO WELCOMES FIRST TENANT

Waterloo Business Park welcomed it’s first tenant this week with Santa Rosa Foods moving onsite and into their brand new factory. The building was a design build project by Southpark Corporation and was built by Apollo Projects. The $7million factory is a state of the art food processing plant and will eventually include a factory shop.
