Hanham & Philp Contractors Ltd selected Waterloo Business Park due to the location and vision of a well thought out business park that would cater to the needs of our business and people. We needed to be within the Christchurch city wider area due to the spread of our construction sites. Excellent access to all major arterials heading around the city was also very important for our business model.
