PROGRESS UPDATE

Over the winter we’ve made great progress on Stage One. Earthworks are now complete and roading is underway. Construction on our first building will start in the coming months and we expect titles to be available in Marc 2014. An exciting multi unit offering is being designed with space available for lease in August 2014. There are a number of sites under negotiation within stage one and we expect vonstruction to be well underway on a number of lots during the first half of 2014. 

Stage Two earthworks have started and will be completed by Christmas 2013. Roading and Services contract is out for tender in the market. Interest for lots in Stage Two is high and we expect to announce multiple sales in the New Year. Titles will be available for June 2014

Demolition is also underway on a number of damaged and earthquake prone buildings. These buildings have been unused by the Freezing Works for many years and its exciting to be able to redevelop the areas into new premises and carry on the long tradition of productivity on the site.
